The team at Malabar Products is awesome from the time you call to get an estimate to the finished job. It is so nice to talk with someone that is not rushing you off the phone when you call for an estimate, the installers are very polite, professional and really know what they are doing. Phillip is very nice and thorough, I will always recommend the team at Malabar Products to anyone that has a question on who to hire to repair their enclosures or put in a new one. We want you to know how very happy we are with the porch enclosure you recently installed. It exceeded all our expectations. The acrylic windows are so easy to operate and the whole porch just looks so awesome. Everyone at your company was very professional and took great pride in their company and workmanship. When we first went to your company, the door was locked; but as we were leaving, Phil came to the door and invited us in. The front desk person was away at the time. Phil spent a lot of time with us showing us the products and answering all our questions. He is the main reason we chose your company over another reputable company that we had gone to first. He was our first contact and made a great impression about your company and its products. Also, the showroom samples gave us a clear picture of how the enclosure would look. You are the only company that we went to that had what the actual enclosure would look like and not just a small scale sample. That was a very big selling point. Toby was very impressive when he came to talk with us about the estimate. He spent a lot of time and answered all our questions. Even though we know he was very busy after the hurricane, he never rushed us or acted hurried. Even our little dog liked him because of the attention Toby gave him! These two gentlemen made it easy to choose your company over the other company we were considering, even though they had a lower price. We were further impressed with the installers, who were Fred and Phil. They were both awesome and took so much pride in their work. The attention to detail was just like they would have done in their own homes. After they were finished with the installation, Fred went over everything and cleaned any little smudges that were there. You just don't see that much caring in most companies. They are the best!!! We would be happy to give your company the highest recommendation.

I want to expressed how happy I am with my front screen door and screened in porch installation. Phil is such a pleasant person and very helpful. He came out and took measurements gave me options to choose from and we picked out the perfect bronze color. He did explain that there were projects ahead of me and it would be 6-8 weeks before they could start and exactly 6 weeks he was getting in contact with me, he said it would take 2 days and sure enough it was completed in 2 days. Fred did an amazing job and can’t thank him enough. I would recommend Malabar Products to anyone wanting a professional and personable company.
